Hi. Welcome back to my blog.
This weekend I attended my very first Stampin' Up! OnStage event in Melbourne. I had such a wonderful time meeting other demonstrators from all over Australia as well as getting a look at the amazing new products in the upcoming 2018 Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogues. But not only did I get my hands on a copy of each of the new catalogues, I also got the opportunity to play with a few new stamp sets AND even scored a couple of freebies to bring home with me. Believe me, the perks of being a demonstrator are the best!!
Sadly, I'm not allowed to share any details of the new catalogues with you yet, so today I thought I'd share with you some treat boxes I created to give to the demonstrators I was sharing my table with at OnStage.
I wanted these treat boxes to be pretty and bright, so the Naturally Eclectic DSP and the Eclectic Layers framelits were the perfect choice. And you just can't go past some mini sequin trim to add a little bling.
When I handed these out I had lots of people ask me how I made the box so I also wanted to share the link to an amazing little calculator I stumbled across earlier this year.
The Box Buster calculator by Joanne at The Crafty Owl, is so great, you just put in the measurements for the size box you want and it gives you the cardstock size and the punch measurement you need to create a box. Head over to Joanne's blog to see her video tutorial on how to use her Box Buster calculator and your Envelope Punch Board
