Vanilla Little One | Lets Get Hopping #8

Welcome to another Let's Get Hopping Blog Hop. You may have just arrived here from my very talented friend Tracy Bish. If you are starting here please make sure you hit the next button at the bottom of this post and hop all the way around

This month's theme is a colour challenge of sorts, create a project that shows Very Vanilla to advantage.

Very Vanilla is certainly not a go-to colour for me so I really enjoyed going outside my comfort zone when creating this baby card.

Admittedly I needed a little more inspiration to get started on this project so I turned to my Stampin' Up! catalogue to get the ideas flowing.  It was when I turned to the Memories & More section that inspiration hit. As I've said many times before, the Memories & More range can be used for so much more than memory keeping and today I've used some of these Bundle of Love cards the same way I'd normally use DSP on a project.

The little teepee from the Little One stamp set is my favourite stamp for baby cards at the moment, isn't just so cute? To add a little extra depth to my project I stamped teepee once on the Very Vanilla circle and again on a separate piece of Very Vanilla which I have fussy cut and adhered over the first image with Stampin Dimensionals.

Thank you for hopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my post. Next up in the hop is the super creative Nina McMillan. I can't wait to see how she has used Very Vanilla in her project.
